The
9th Annual Multicultural Prism Awards Gala is the most prestigious
event in Minorities in Business (MIB) Magazine’s 2004 Event
Series. The
evening is an opportunity to spotlight and honor the successes
of the multicultural business community. The ceremony recognizes
outstanding achievements by entrepreneurs, corporations, or
corporate executives in five different categories, highlighting
the exceptional, visionary, and inspirational work of minorities
and women. Some of the proceeds from the awards evening benefit
the DangerMan Education Foundation, a non-profit organization
that encourages children to enter the business world. MIB encourages
partnerships with corporations who possess the vision and fortitude
to recognize the multi-cultural and women-owned business community
as a significant player in America’s economic development.
